iShowU allows you to capture and record annihilation you can see on your screen, forth with sound from any uniform source. They say a picture is worth a one thousand words!

Ever been in the situation where you wanted to testify someone what was going on, only couldn't? Either the person is not right next to you, not around, in some other country ....

Features:

  • User specified capture size * The user can easily specify the size of the video to be captured, using an intuitive 'see through' video preview. Just elevate the corners around to specify the size, and hit enter.
  • Fixed or follow mouse modes * Sometimes y'all'll want the capture rectangle (think of it equally a movie camera that tracks your mouse) to follow the mouse, and other times, you'll want to capture merely i area of the screen. iShowU can do both.
  • User defined audio/video quality * While net connections are getting faster, it's however going to accept a while to transfer a 5GB movie to your Mum. iShowU compresses audio using AAC, and video using whatsoever method you think information technology advisable (information technology defaults to H264). In addition, yous tin can specify the quality of the video to your liking.
  • Custom frame rates * When there's not much going on (i.e: yous're not moving the mouse, just speaking) iShowU volition capture at a lesser frame rate. When you lot start moving the mouse around (and the capture rectangle follow information technology) then it'll use a faster frame rate so that the motion looks smoothen. Saves on bandwidth besides!

  • Fixed bug where preview overlay should testify too large on Retina machines.
